How do I make a purchase?

  3. Select Your Products: Tap on the product you're interested in to view detailed information, including the description, pricing, and nutritional information. If you want to buy it, tap the "Add to Cart" button.
  4. Review Your Cart: After adding products to your cart, review your selections. You can adjust quantities or remove items if needed. Once you're satisfied with everything that's in your cart, tap the "Checkout" button.
  5. Provide Shipping Information: Enter your shipping address and contact details. Make sure all information is accurate to ensure your order reaches you without any delays.
  6. Choose A Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method. We accept various options, including most credit & debit cards, PayPal and AfterPay. Follow the prompts to provide the necessary payment details.
  7. Review & Confirm: Before finalising your purchase, review your order summary to ensure everything is correct, including the items in your cart and the shipping information. If everything looks good, click the "Place Order" button.

  4. Make Your Purchase: Once you've selected the products you want to purchase, head to the checkout counter to process your payment.

How can I check my order status?

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely!

We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 7 day return & refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to return any unwanted items for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unopened & unused, and in original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation number or payment receipt as proof of purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We know that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating, and we are here to help with a simple 3 step process:

  1. Document The Damage
    Take clear photos of the damaged item and any visible damage to the packaging. This will help us assess the extent of the damage and expedite the resolution process.
  2. Contact Us

  3. Return or Exchange Process
